How often should I have my house washed?

We recommend having your house washed at least once a year. This provides consistent protection from harmful build up of algae, mildew, mold and other types of microorganisms. 

How long does power washing take?

Each property is unique and the time it takes depends on a multitude of factors such as size, amount of buildup or even the landscape of the property.

How much does power washing cost?

Our services vary based on a number of factors, such as square footage, the scope of work and job materials being used. We provide virtual quotes, digital scheduling with reminders and digital invoicing to expedite the process.

My insurance company is requiring a roof wash, can you help?

Indeed, we can provide documentation of the service and get you on the right track with your properties insurance company.

No you do not need to be home on the dated of your scheduled service. We will digitally notify you of our arrival and departure at your property. All you need to do is make sure your windows and doors are closed on your service date.

We provide a window of arrival once you are scheduled for service, if you have a time constrained project please let us know and we will accommodate you accordingly.

You will be notified by text and email when a team member is en route.

We typically work in the rain but if the weather is going to be disruptive, we will contact you with a rain date.

A house wash utilizes low pressure and biodegradeable cleaners to remove dirt, algae, mildew and other microorganisms from your home's exterior.

The exterior of your windows is soaped and rinsed during our house washing process. We do not squeegee or dry them by hand.

Commonly referred to as a "roof wash" but the proper terminology would be a "roof treatment." A specialized algaecide is applied to your roof to eliminate moss, lichen and black streaks. This treatment is done at a low pressure to avoid structural damage, thereby delivering the best possible result for your roof.

It is generally not recommended to physically remove moss from your roof at the time of service. Our roof treatment neutralizes moss and lichens at their roots, allowing them too fall off over time naturally.

The length of time it takes for the moss to fall off is dependent upon the depth of which the roots reach into your roof. Most roofs see turnaround within 4-6 weeks but this can vary on severity and the environment in which your home resides.

No but the stains may lighten up in color, our process is not designed to remove oil/rust stains or inorganic marks.
